What “hand-tested” means

  • Totals are reconciled against the raw source system, not against the AI's own output.
  • Key figures are re-derived a second, independent way.
  • Individual records are traced end to end through the pipeline.
  • Effects are checked for confounders, such as a product launch or price change, before they are called a result.
  • Every definition and assumption is written down, so your team can challenge it.
